Charles Harvie Volz, Jr., born Richmond, Virginia, September 15, 1925; admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama in 1952, as well as U.S. District Court and all Districts of Alabama.  Education:  Graduated from the University of Alabama in 1950 with a Bachelor of Science Degree; graduated from the University of Alabama in 1951 with a Bachelor of Law Degree; graduated from the University of Alabama in 1969 with a Juris Doctorate in law.  Member:  American Arbitration Association, Alabama Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and Farrah Law Society.  I was the note editor for the Alabama Law Review from 150-1951, a special agent with the FBI in 1951 and Assistant Director of Industrial Relations for the State of Alabama from 1959-1962.  I was selected for the Who’s Who in American Law in the 55th Edition of the Who’s Who in America.
